BREMER/MCCOY DR KONCERTHUSET 19 & 20 MARS The critically acclaimed Danish jazz duo Bremer / McCoy are embarking on an international comet career with a record contract on David Byrne's label Luaka Bop and concerts in most of Europe. Now you have another opportunity to hear melodic and meditative dub jazz in the company of Bremer / McCoy in the Concert Hall. Armed with double bass and piano, Bremer / McCoy has managed to resonate both at home and abroad. Jonathan Bremer and Morten McCoy have known each other most of their lives and played together since 2012. Their melodic and meditative dub jazz goes against the flow of new releases and focuses on the wordless and telepathic interplay. It is hand-played well-sounding, recorded analogously and with lots of improvised elements.
