Opening hours - The reception is open

Monday to Friday* at 7am - 11pm

Saturday to Sunday at 9am - 5pm

* (NOTE! Some weekdays the reception is staffed from 9am to 5pm)

Check in & check out

Check-in is from 3pm to 11pm (to 5pm). (Please contact the reception if you arrive late to Copenhagen)

Check-out must be done no later than 11am

Payment
You will pay when you arrive at the hotel or immediately if you make your reservation through our website. The hotel accepts the following credit cards:  American Express, Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Dankort.

Breakfast

Car parking
Hotel Copenhagen can´t guarantee availability on our limited parking spots, and they can´t be booked, but if they are free upon arrival they are free of cost for our guests.

Parking on the street is possible for a fee of 11 DKK/hour between 8 am and 11 pm and 3 DKK/hour between 11 pm and 8 am. Parking is free from Saturday 5 pm until Monday 8 am.

An exclusive possibility for safe parking is only a minute walk away from the hotel. The underground mechanic parking facilities is one of its kind in Europe where you step out of the car and let the parking facility do the parking.

For it to be possible to park in the underground parking facility you need to have a credit-card. The parking facility accepts most credit-cards as Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express. The fee for the parking facility is 11 DKK/hour between 8 am and 11 pm and 3 DKK/hour between 11 pm and 8 am. Parking is free from Saturday 5 pm until Monday 8 am.
 
Parking:
1: Drive the car into the facility.
2: Put the car in free gear and pull the handbrake.
3: Step out of the car and register your credit-card in the machine outside.
4: The platform the car is parked on disappears into the parking facility.
5: Take your receipt.

Get your car:
1: Register receipt.
2: The money will be charged from your credit-card you registered before.
3: Step into the car and drive out.
You can store your valuables in the car since only you with the parking receipt can get your car. The automatic parking facility is located at Gunløgsgade one block from the hotel and 1 minute walk away.

Internet
A guest computer with free internet connection is available for our guests in the reception. We also offer Wi-fi against a fee.

Bikes
You can rent bikes at our hotel at affordable prices. We also have helmets for the safety conscious.

Sightseeing

Canal Tour, is a guided boat tour in Copenhagen's canals.
Jump on - Jump off bus is a guided bus tour that takes you around the sights of Copenhagen, with the opportunity to jump off and explore further. 

Fax
Is found in the reception. Our guests fax with no charge.
 

Bar
Our bar by the reception is open between 7.00 am - 11.00 pm (9 am - 5 pm). We can offer both warm and cold beverages.

Bring guests to the hotel room

For security reasons, we only allow our employees and checked-in guests to stay freely in hotel rooms or other reserved premises. 

The maximum number * of people in a room is two (2) for double and twin rooms and four (4) people for family rooms and for apartments. It is therefore not permitted for outsiders to stay in a checked-in guest's room.

Should this rule be violated, the hotel staff has the right to expel the guest, without the possibility of getting a refund for the hotel stay, from the hotel.

*If the number of overnight guests is more, you can try to do a search with several rooms and with a smaller number of people per room at the booking stage.

Smoking
Please note: The whole hotel is non-smoking, including all the rooms and the reception. There are outdoor spaces on each floor where it is allowed to smoke. If you smoke indoors you have to pay a fine of DKK 1500,-
